Come tour the historic Burtner House and grounds. The lower meadows will have Artisans and local crafters, Civil War Reenactors, Abe Lincoln, Authentic Tipi.
We also have a discussion from the Herbal Garden Club, and a tanner this year.
Food will be for sale in our summer kitchen, and OF COURSE, Our Famous Strawberry Shortcake!
Basket Raffles, and bake sale.
Free Parking and shuttle service to and from the house at Citizens Hose Fire Hall. 965 Burtner Rd Natrona Heights. 15065. The shuttle runs from 10:30-4:30.
(There is no parking at the House.)
Our Berry Festival & Craft Show is one of our favorite events of the year! We will be bringing it back for our fourth year in 2024. Join us Saturday & Sunday June 22nd - 23rd from 11AM - 5PM.
Our Berry Festival and Craft Show features tractor rides, a petting zoo, over 50 craft vendors ALL over the farm, a beer and wine garden, berry-flavored EVERYTHING, activities for the kids, and much more.
Along with everything listed above we will have a full open air market for shopping, concessions with food by freedom farms, face painting, and more!
Come immerse yourself with the farm fresh atmosphere!
$10 admission per person. Children 3 and under are free.
Families are welcome to join in on the fun for a small admission fee of $10 per person 3 and under are free. Admission includes a tractor ride to our picturesque flower fields, where you are free to pick sunflowers, zinnias, snapdragons, and gomphrena to your heart's content. In addition, we have an animal barn, pony rides, swings, a sunflower maze, CORN PIT, a hay mountain, and much more!
This event celebrates the fall harvest and many of the tasks done to prepare for winter. Artisans will be cooking, baking and demonstrating many different crafts and skills. Music, food and activities for the whole family make this a great fall tradition!
There will be a variety of vendors selling their wares, everything from soap to pottery as well as food and drink among other things.
Musical acts will be performing throughout the two days, stay tuned for the performance schedule.
There will be activities for the young as well as the young at heart! Visit Saturday or Sunday 10am-4pm

This is an event you won't want to miss (21+only)! This year's Maized and Confused event will be held Saturday, September 28th, 2024. This event sells out fast, so be sure to get yours before it's too late!
Maized and Confused is in its seventh year with Freedom Farms and has grown every year. This event features 12+ breweries/wineries/distilleries and guests have the chance to hunt for them in our huge sunflower or corn maze.
Your ticket includes entrance to the event, an event t-shirt, event glass, hay ride, tastes from each vendor, live music, and a night out on the farm! Additional alcohol will be available for purchase from each vendor. Fresh Freedom Farms food also available for purchase!
Designated Drivers get in FREE!
Saturdays and Sundays in October are for the Freedom Farms Fall Festival! $10 admission (kids 3 and under are free) gets you tons of fun activities, including: tractor rides, corn maze, corn pit, hay mountain, animal barn, tire graveyard, pick-your-own sunflowers, and more. Add on pick-your-own pumpkins, face painting, pony rides, plus local crafts, artisans, food, and drinks.
Join us for our last event of the year... Christmas on the Farm! Saturday and Sunday 11am-4pm
Check out over 50+ local craft vendors that are ready for the holiday season!
As always, local Christmas trees and wreaths will be available for purchase through Freedom Farms, as well as delicious lunch and/or dinner and snacks! Face painting for the kiddos and there will also be access to our animal barn and corn pit too!

Walk along a candlelit cobblestone street and visit the historic buildings with interpreters eager to show off wares from the nineteenth century. People looking for last minute gift ideas will find unique handmade items for sale by vendors. Local choirs will be performing. Children’s crafts and activities along with Belsnickel (Pennsylvania Dutch Santa Claus) will be found in the Granary. Food is available for purchase.
